
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a lesson, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full price of the lesson.
We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, but we ask that you please do your best to give me as much notice as possible. Lessons missed or cancelled at short notice are difficult to fill, which is why they are charged at full price. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Unfortunately, We are not able to make any exceptions for sickness, work, school, or any other reason. We hope you can appreciate that my time is valuable and we must maintain a fair policy for all of my students.
All lesson payments must be made at least 48 hours in advance to secure the booking. If payment is not made the lesson will be made available to my other pupils and you may lose this space.
You can view all of your upcoming appointments in the Totaldrive app. If you have any questions or concerns about your lessons or the cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
To confirm that you have read and understand the cancellation policy, please reply to this message with “I agree”.

Once a pupil has agreed to book we send this followed up by the cancellation policy.
To confirm a lesson booking we need to do the following please.
- We need to do an online check of your driving licence. We will send a link to do this.
- We need you to agree to my cancellation policy. We will send you a message, please reply ‘I agree’
- We need to take payment by bank transfer. We will send you my details.
Once we have done all the above we will be able to confirm your booking.
